PC Autoworks Aluminum Valve Cap – 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Warranty Coverage:

PC Autoworks warrants this aluminum valve cap product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of original invoice.

Customer Responsibility:

Shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance fees related to warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.

Remedy Options:

During the warranty period, PC Autoworks will, at its sole discretion, repair any covered defect or furnish a refurbished or replacement product of equal value at no charge (excluding applicable shipping and handling fees). All warranty claims require:

- Proof of purchase showing the model number and original sales receipt date

- Photo documentation of the issue

- Original packaging for returns when applicable

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes such as surface fading, scratches, or finish degradation

- Damage from misuse, impact, over-tightening, improper installation, or exposure to corrosive substances

- Commercial, rental, or high-pressure applications not intended for this product

- Claims arising from buyer's remorse, inadequate maintenance, or negligence

- Valve caps altered or modified post-purchase

- Products not purchased from authorized PC Autoworks sellers

PC Autoworks expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. Where permitted by law, all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the one-year term of this warranty. Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply in all cases.

How to File a Claim

Claims must be submitted within one (1) year from invoice date. Missing item claims must be submitted within 60 calendar days of delivery.

To begin your warranty claim:

- Email info@pcautoworks.com

- Include your invoice, product model number, and photos of the defect

- If requested, you may need to return the item to our warehouse at your expense.

- Items must be returned in original packaging

If your claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or issue a store credit. Whenever feasible, replacement parts will be provided.
